MeasureX calculates electricity consumption based on the individual uptime of each miner. No on-site hardware or additional services are required, making the integration simple for you and highly user-friendly for your customers.
To track uptime, MeasureX sends API requests to the mining pool of each miner. For this to work, every customer must add at least one pool API key, which can be done easily through the pool settings page in their user area.
You determine which pools your customers are allowed to use. If you have affiliate agreements with specific pools, it may be beneficial to hide other options in order to maximize your fee revenue.
Important:
Each miner’s worker name must be correctly stored in the database/admin area. If a pool API key is missing or incorrectly configured, the system will assume 100% uptime. This ensures that no revenue is lost and prevents potential manipulation by users.
Note:
To provide maximum flexibility for you and your users, MeasureX allows customers to use multiple mining pools simultaneously. For example, some miners of a customer can run on NiceHash while others operate on ViaBTC.
Important for NiceHash:
Please pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters in the worker name. The worker name in MeasureX must exactly match the name used on the miner itself!
