Your user area serves as the central dashboard for your clients. We have already set it up to match your branding, and further adjustments are always possible. If you would like us to update elements such as widget images or fonts, simply let us know.
All changes made in your admin area become instantly visible to your clients. For example, when you assign new miners to a customer, those miners will immediately appear in their user login. The same applies to products — once you upload new items, they appear in the shop section of the user area and can be purchased right away.
The user area provides your customers with access to a wide range of important information. The idea behind it is to eliminate the need for multiple external logins, such as pool dashboards, VPN systems, billing portals, and more. Everything is accessible from one place, which improves both customer satisfaction and user retention.

- Miner status (Active, Inactive, Error)

- Access to your Help Desk

- Top up their balance through various payment gateways
