Option 1:
Your customer visits [organization].measurex.io and signs up using the Sign Up button. After logging in for the first time, they will be notified that their contact details are missing. These details can be added or updated in the Settings section of the user area.
Option 2:
As an admin, you can go to [organization].measurex.io, enter your customer’s email address, and assign a temporary password.
Note: The customer will need to change his password after logging in. Therefore it makes sense that your customer visits [organization].measurex.io and just clicks "Forgot password".
Once the customer has signed up and logged in, you may log out and sign back in with your admin credentials. The new account will appear in your Contacts list. From there, you can enter all contact details for this customer on their dedicated customer page.
