How to create a transaction?

MeasureX includes a built-in billing and transaction engine designed specifically for hosting companies.

The system automatically generates transactions such as daily electricity charges or monthly fees for additional user subscriptions. These automated transactions are deducted directly from the customer’s account balance.

In addition to deductions, customers can increase their balance through top-ups and orders using the top-up button and supported payment gateways like Mollie, Klarna, Stripe, and Confirmo.

Besides automated system transactions and manual transactions initiated by users, administrators can also create custom transactions. For example, you may deduct shipping or repair costs from a user’s balance, or add funds to correct mistakes or issue credit notes.

How to create a specific transaction:

Navigate to the customer’s profile in your admin area. In the top-right corner, click “Create Transaction.” Enter a transaction name (e.g., “CN for VAT – December”), specify the amount, and choose whether to add or deduct the amount from the customer’s balance.
