How do i change the ownership of a Miner?

The owner of a contract is always considered the owner of all miners assigned to that contract. You can update miner ownership in two ways.

Option 1: Change the ownership of the entire contract

If all miners under a contract should move to a new customer, simply transfer the contract ownership.

Go to the specific contract page, click the edit icon next to “Contract Owner,” and select the new customer. This will automatically transfer the contract and all associated miners to that customer.

Option 2: Change the owner of a single miner

If only one miner’s ownership should change, go to that miner’s page and click the edit icon next to “Connected Customer.”

A popup will appear where you can select the new customer and choose the contract (belonging to that customer) to which the miner should be assigned.

Note: For Option 2, the new customer must already have at least one contract. If no contract appears in the dropdown, you need to create a contract for that customer first.
